According to the analysis, although autoclaved sand-lime bricks can be used for walls and foundations of industrial and civil buildings, their strength must be MU15 and above when used for foundations and other building parts. It is not allowed to be used in building parts that have been heated for a long time above 200 ℃, are subject to rapid heat and rapid cooling and have acid medium erosion. The autoclaved lime-sand brick is built below the ground or the damp-proof course, and the minimum strength grade of the material used is the same as that of ordinary sintered brick.

Porous brick has the characteristics of low production energy consumption, saving soil and waste, convenient construction, light weight, high strength, good thermal insulation effect, durability, small shrinkage deformation, and regular appearance. The application of perforated bricks will help reduce the production and use of fired clay bricks. The mortar joints of perforated brick masonry shall be horizontal and vertical, and the thickness of horizontal and vertical mortar joints shall be 8-12mm. For autoclaved lime sand perforated bricks, the mortar fullness of horizontal mortar joints of masonry shall not be less than 80%. When porous bricks cannot be built, they shall be built into oblique tenons. The height difference at the joint shall not exceed the height of one-step scaffold. During masonry joint, the joint surface must be cleaned, gray porous brick shall be watered and filled with mortar to keep the mortar joint straight. During the loading, unloading and transportation of porous bricks, it is strictly prohibited to dump and throw them. They should be stacked neatly on a solid site according to the grade, and the stacking height should not exceed 2m.
